1.12 Work Menus at a Glance

Three sidebar items hold the day-to-day lending work: Farmer Profiles, Loan Assessments and CBS Account Mapping. This page explains what each one is for and who uses it. The step-by-step detail is in Modules 2 and 3.

CBS Account Mapping

Used byCredit Operations (link accounts). Sanctioning Authority and Credit Officers (view)

Permissionfacility.read to view. facility.link_account to link, correct or close

When a loan is sanctioned, SaakhSetu creates a credit facility. Credit Operations then links that facility to the loan account number in the bank's Core Banking System (CBS) once the loan is disbursed. This link connects SaakhSetu's record of the decision to what actually happens to the loan afterwards.

Filter Shows facilities that are…
Awaiting link (default) Sanctioned, but not yet linked to a CBS account. This is the work queue
Linked Linked to a CBS loan account
Not disbursed Sanctioned, but marked as never disbursed
Cancelled Cancelled before a link was made
All Every facility

The queue is ordered oldest first, so the longest-waiting facilities are at the top. The columns are Farmer name, Farmer code, Lifecycle state, CBS account (Not linked until linked), Created, and View to open the facility.

Simulation facilities

A facility created by an internal test or simulation carries a marker next to its lifecycle state. Never link a real CBS account to a facility with that marker.
