Module 1

Tenant Workspace & Administration

How to sign in to your bank's SaakhSetu workspace, find your way around it, and set up everything the rest of the workflow depends on.

In SaakhSetu, your bank is a tenant: a private, isolated workspace. Your bank's farmers, staff, assessments and settings are visible only to your bank's users. No other bank on the platform can see them, and you cannot see theirs.

This module covers two things:

  1. Using the workspace: signing in, the screen layout, notifications and the dashboard. This applies to every user.
  2. Administering the workspace: the configuration screens in the sidebar. These are mainly for Bank Admins and Organization Admins.
