WhenOnce, before staff start onboarding farmers. Revisit when your bank's structure or rules change

When Arbix creates your bank's workspace, it comes with the default role templates and one Bank Admin account. Before Credit Assistants can onboard farmers, the workspace needs your bank's structure, people and rules. Work through the steps below in order: each step depends on the one before it.

Do step 5 before anyone captures land

The land measurement unit cannot be changed after the first land parcel is created in your bank. A wrong choice cannot be undone from the screen.

Separate duties from day one

Make sure that the person who recommends a loan (Credit Officer) and the person who sanctions it (Sanctioning Authority) are different people with different roles. SaakhSetu also stops it on each case, but plan your staffing for it from the start.
